I edit all my stuff in Paint.NET and Adobe Photoshop. Mostly Paint.NET though, it’s a really under rated editing program and it’s free haha :D
The crumpled paper background is all done with Layer Properties, so foreground and background. Plus whether the Layer itself is set on Overlay or Multiply or Darken/Lighten etc.
